HOW CUSTOMERS PAY

Your customer pre-pays by swiping their credit card at the 24Seven RED BOX during Drop-Off (major credit cards accepted). Payment is accepted offline – transfer arrangements into your business bank account are set up during installation.

For extra convenience, the customer can also manually enter their card number on the Touch Screen.

PAYMENT PROCESS

1. Drop garments into secured chute.
2. Swipe a valid Credit Card – must be swiped before proceeding for pre-paid offline payment .
3. Dry Cleaner processes order on Point of Sale and total is determined.
4. Payment is then processed through Card Terminal.

If card is declined for any reason, the Dry Cleaner contacts the customer with an option to either provide another card or come to the counter and pay CASH for garments.

NOTE: NO CHARGED ORDERS WILL BE LOADED ON CONVEYOR UNLESS PRIOR ARRANGEMENT WITH DRY CLEANER.

DISCOUNT

Customers visiting this web site can download a Discount Voucher here. This should be deducted from the counter price.

PRICES 

Standard Dry Cleaning prices apply for basic items. A Price List can be viewed on screen. There is no extra charge to the customer for using The 24Seven RED BOX.
