Below are a few of the questions most frequently asked by our trade customers. If you have any further questions, please feel free to contact us.
| Q: | Can DCME design a conveyor system to fit within my existing facility? |
| A: | Each 24/7 RED BOX installation is a custom-built system, engineered to meet the outlet’s particular needs. The purpose-built conveyor system and supporting software are designed to maximize the utilization of available space, regardless of production volume and configuration – even around corners! |
| Q: | How long does the average installation take? |
| A: | After initial consultation and depending on the complexity of the system being installed, the job can take anywhere from three to four days, up to four weeks for more complex installations. Free training is also provided as part of the package, until the outlet is confident in the operation of the system. We will work with you to minimise disruption to your business during the installation phase. |
| Q: | What can I expect as far as a return on my investment? |
| A: | Remember there is NO CAPITAL OUTLAY for the 24/7 RED BOX. The machine is RENTED and tangible returns can start almost straight away, in the form of increased customer traffic, higher turnover without additional staff, and greater customer loyalty. See Rental Packages. |
| Q: | What about maintenance? |
| A: | The 24/7 RED BOX system is based on proven technology and is engineered for high traffic environments and regular use around the clock. The exterior is constructed of durable steel and the whole system is manufactured from quality components, designed and manufactured in Australia. The system is inspected and maintained with regular visits, however should you require emergency repairs, you can request a service call 7 days a week. |
