“In March 2008 I was introduced to the Red Box at ‘Drop Your Pants’ Dry Cleaners at Woy Woy, on the Central Coast of NSW.

The owners Rex and Marianna Mayes knew that I was a very busy businessman, who spent a lot of money each week on cleaning my suits and shirts; who not only had problems delivering and collecting my clothes during the day, but due to the volume had to find a parking spot close.

The Red Box has allowed me to deliver and collect my clothes after normal trading hours, which means I can load my car boot early in the morning and then I can drop off at a time convenient to me.

The initial system was good, but with the improvement of my Customer Card, I don't have to remember passwords, which makes the whole process simpler and quicker, especially with my arms filled with clothes.

I do not believe now I could use any other dry cleaner that did not have this facility… having 24/7 access to getting your clothes cleaned is the way of the future”.
