Customers pre-pay by swiping their credit card at the 24Seven RED BOX during Drop-Off (major credit cards accepted).

For extra convenience, you can also manually enter a card number on the Touch Screen.

PAYMENT PROCESS

  1. Drop garments into secured chute.
  2. Swipe a valid Credit Card – must be swiped before proceeding for pre-paid offline payment .
  3. Dry Cleaner processes order on Point of Sale and total is determined.
  4. Payment is then processed through Card Terminal.

If card is declined for any reason, the Dry Cleaner contacts the customer with an option to either provide another card or come to the counter and pay CASH for garments.

NOTE: NO CHARGED ORDERS WILL BE LOADED ON CONVEYOR UNLESS PRIOR ARRANGEMENT WITH DRY CLEANER.
