Q: Is access really available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, including Public Holidays?
A: Yes, where the Dry Cleaner’s shopfront faces onto the street. In major Shopping Centre locations, access may be restricted to the Centre’s opening times.
Q: Are my garments safe?
A: Once the steel chute door is closed, garments are secure inside the Dry Cleaner’s premises. Your finished order can only be collected by keying in your mobile phone number and PIN (or presenting your docket at the counter).
Q: Can someone else collect my garments by mistake?
A: The automated conveyor system uses unique bar codes, generated at Drop Off, to identify and retrieve the correct garments.
Q: What does it cost?
A: Standard Dry Cleaning prices apply for basic items. A Price List can be viewed on screen. There is no extra charge for using The 24Seven RED BOX.
Q: How do I pay?
A: By swiping your credit card at the machine at drop-off (major cards accepted). Card number can also be entered manually on the Touch Screen.
Q: What if there is a dispute about garment ownership?
A: A 24hr security camera in the machine records every transaction, so that your Dry Cleaner could identify from stored video, who deposited the order and what garments were put in the bag.
Q: Why not just go to the counter?
A: The 24Seven RED BOX provides the convenience of Drop Off and Pickup of your dry cleaning After Hours, or when the counter is busy and you’re in a hurry. Of course, you can still go to the counter at either stage if you prefer personal service.
